Exchanges & Returns
Please note that the following conditions apply to all refunds and/or exchanges requested:
- Returns must be received by us within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Both the product and packaging must be in a re-saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
- Products will not be accepted where they have been worn or washed.
- For reasons of hygiene, health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of thongs and strings.
- Products should not be marked or stained by strong perfumes, aftershaves and deodorants.
If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. Returned products are the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that all returned products are sent by recorded delivery. We are not liable for any return postage charges.
Delivery Details
Standard US delivery: 2 - 5 working days: $1.50
Standard US delivery is dispatched via USPS 1st Class service. This service does not require a signature. However, if the parcel is too large it will be sent back to your nearest USPS Depot for collection.
Special US delivery - next working day: $5.00 Note. If you place your order after 3.00pm your goods will be dispatched the following working day.
Special US delivery is dispatched via USPS Special delivery service. Please note this service requires a signature on arrival of your parcel. If you are not available to sign for your item it will be sent back to your nearest Royal Mail Depot for collection.
International delivery: (USPS): 3-5 working days: $5.00
For International delivery we will ship via standard USPS, which does not offer a tracking service or require a signtaure on delivery.
Special International delivery (USPS Express): 2-3 working days: $9.20
For Special International delivery there is additional peace of mind available through the USPS service which is an additional $4.20 on top of the standard postage and packing charge and this service offers a tracking facility and requires a signature on delivery.
Once we have received your order we do our utmost to process and despatch in-stock items to you within 24 hours, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. If there is any problem with card payment authorisation or stock availability, we will notify you by email within 5 working days. If the items you have ordered are out of stock you will be offered a choice of a full refund or a firm date for delivery.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures.
Payment Methods
We will be soon process the following worldwide issued credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta) *, Visa Electron, Maestro.
For orders where the customer's billing address details are either "not supported", "not checked" or "not matched" with their acquiring bank, we reserve the right to manually check the customers' details before sending out their order. This may delay despatch by 72 hours from the published Shipping schedule.
Privacy
Any information you submit will be used for the purpose of processing your order. All personal information is kept in the strictest confidence and will NOT be used by any third parties. We guarantee our customers' confidentiality.
Security
Credit Card information is sent to us using fully secure servers. Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to our servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign. All sensitive information is held in an encrypted form on our servers using the Blowfish encryption algorithm. The servers that hold your information are protected by secure firewall technology and are not directly connected to the Internet. Only authorised computers can access your information.
